QuotasThere are three quotas, storage, messages and transfer. Both Personal and Professional accounts have quotas. Your quota is displayed whenever you login, and in more detail on this page. Lists of quotas by package are available for both Personal and Professional account types. StorageThe Storage quota limits the amount of email you can store on our servers at any one time. This limitation is based on the size of the messages, and includes all folders.MessagesThe Message quota limits the amount of email you can store on our servers at any one time. This limitation is based on the number of messages, and includes all folders.TransferThe Transfer quota limits the amount of email you can receive in any given month.Message ExpirationEmails stored in Professional accounts do not expire. Emails stored in Personal accounts do expire. These are some of the factors we use to determine when to expire a message:
